New pre-recorded lessons will be released weekly. There will be a total of 5 live online group yoga classes, running every other week and recorded for those who cannot participate live.
The program will teach you proven strategies, coach you on using them successfully, and offer guided yoga and mindfulness practices to help you overcome your pain.
It was developed by an osteopath/yoga teacher who has suffered from chronic pain herself and who has more than a decade of experience helping people to overcome their pain.
